Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related disciplines.
Entry Level candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
Should be highly motivated and able to work during long and varying shifts.

Responsibilities :
Plan and schedules works with reference to customer's demand/urgency.
Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
Liaise with customers and colleagues concerning approval of plans, cost of materials, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
Run regular site inspections and report regularly on progress.
Co-ordinate with Customers/Authorities/Engineers to handover completed job.
Being able to construct Report of Job done.
Requirements:
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Good organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and e-mails
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Place orders of materials when necessary
Prepare Quotation, Invoice and other paper work
